Talents:Is especially gifted with herbs, especially those used for Healing. can tell the difference between herbs in a heartbeat, as well as identify them with no difficulty.
Abilities: Emitting a blue energy from his hands, Thomas has two main healing skill. He can heal a wound completely, but it takes the same amount of energy from him that it would take to heal the wound naturally, except all at once((Eragon rules, here. if you don't like, just say so.)). He can also TRANSFER a wound from one indivisual to another, thus healing on e at another's expense, healing himself at another's expense, or even so far as to heal another at his own expense. This takes an enourmous amount of energy, and he can only do this three times a day becuase of this drain, with a five hour interval betweeen each one. He can also have people undergo unconciousness so long as they do not resist.
Strengths:can handle working under pressure. works well with others.
Weaknesses:can't stand solitude, or the thought of failng to heal somone. inadequacy issues
Flaws:shy, afraid to take credit, is afraid he's not powerful enough, when he's really more powerful than he thinks.
Weapon (if any):Thomas is a pacifist, and only fights when push comes to shove, using whatever he can find, but mainly Judo moves. he does have a hickory junior league baseball bat at his home, complete with a modded backpack to hold it.
Background:Before his powers, Thomas was just an average kid. he had a dad, friends, even this one girl that he liked, as well as her liking him. however, at the age of 13, he discovered his powers when she got hurt. they became even closer after that and it even blossomed into a full relationship in their later years... until she was killed. Thomas tried to heal her wounds, but she had already been broken beyond any healing abilities, leaving her to die in his arms. she forgave him of being unable to save her, but he never did forgive himself.
RP Example:Thomas rode his bike to the hospital. from what he heard, there was a plane crash, and there would be several wounded. He made sure to stop for traffic, but other than that, he kept the Pedal to the mettle. He arrived at the hospitol, finally, and checked in, getting himself into a white coat, and washing his hands, which would remain bare. of course they would! how else could he perform magic. His first patient came in. she was in severe pain. Thomas walked over to her, and place a hand on her shoulder. "I need to ask you to relax." She did her level best. "I'm gong to put you to sleep so I can work on you, ok? you will feel a drowsy sensation, but don't be afraid of it." She nodded, and Thomas' hand glowed a pale blue color as he closed her eyes. he then got to work, identifying what could be fixed by medicine, and what couldn't. if it could, he left it alone. if it couldn't, however, he healed it. after dismissing her to 'normal' medicine, he slumped against a wall. this was taxing. another patient was rolled in, and Thomas popped his knuckles, putting a brave face on. "Lets do this." after an hour of this, he took a break as another healer took over.
Notes:He usually dresses for functionality more than appearances. was taught elvish, but is far from fluent. is not "Racey"(doesn't discriminate by species.)
Ancestor was a troll, making him slightly taller than usual, and the people don't like him for it, in spite of being a healer.
